Open-Source Code Modified by Valve

Some Valve projects use the expatpp library by Andy Dent.  The original library is available from http://www.oofile.com.au/xml/expatpp.html We have modified this library in several ways.  In accordance with the term of the library’s license our modifications are available here.  These modifications are available under the same terms as expatpp.  Full descriptions of the modifications are given in the “expatpp Code Change Directory.doc” file as well as in the commenting of the code.
